WiFi Scanner is a free Android application developed by SlyBeaver that helps you analyze WiFi signals and channels. This utility tool measures signal strength, identifies nearby access points, and rates channels to help you optimize your WiFi network.
With this app, you can access point signal strength with a sound indicator and graph channels signal strength. You can also analyze WiFi networks to rate channels and detect HT/VHT160MHz (Android OS 6+). WiFi Scanner allows you to determine the distance to a WiFi point using the signal strength indicator and an audible alert.
This application has a database of vendors and allows you to view and export access points details, as well as view and export a map of the local network. WiFi Scanner comes with a dark or light theme, available filters (BSSID, WiFi band, signal strength, security, and SSID) and is available in the Utilities & Tools category in the Google Play Store.
